FAQs
Q: How do you track my attendance in the session for CPE credit?
A: Your time is tracked when you start a session and leave a session. For virtual attendees, there will be popups that say “Are You Still Watching” that are being monitored. If you are in full screen mode, you may not see the box pop up, but when you hear the chime, exit out of full screen mode to respond to the pop up.
Q: How often will I see the “Are You Still Watching” popups?
A: These popups will appear randomly throughout the session. If you do not click the popup within 60 seconds, you will need to return to the session you were viewing.
Q: Do I need to go into each session on the platform to see the stream and get credit for it?
A: Yes, you need to select each session to watch it and have your credits tracked correctly – you must be in a session for a minimum of 50 minutes. Remember to leave a session as it finishes and select the next one you will attend from the Full Agenda or My Agenda.
Q: If I have internet connection problems on the day of the event, will my CPE’s be impacted?
A: Yes. You must have a stable internet connection to earn CPE credit.
Q: What happens if I am kicked out of the session for inactivity?
A: If you rejoin the session immediately, your CPE credit will not be affected. If you do not rejoin immediately, you will loose credit for the time you were not watching the session.
Q: What happens if my internet connection fails?
A: If you rejoin the session immediately, your CPE credit will not be affected. If you do not rejoin immediately, you will lose credit for the time that your internet was down.
Q: Can I watch the session and earn CPE credit from behind a firewall or VPN?
A: Many firewalls and VPNs will prevent you from being tracked, which will prevent you from earning CPE credit. We recommend that you watch without the use of firewalls or VPNs. We cannot troubleshoot your firewall or VPN for you.
Q: How do I save my CE Certificate in PDF Format?
A: The CE Certificate loads into an HTML Web Page for your viewing and printing. If you’d like to save as a PDF, the recommend way is to Print as a PDF since most web browsers will save as a PDF document.
- From the web page, select Print from the File Menu in your web browser. (Or from anywhere on the page, Right Click > Print)
- Set Destination to “Save as PDF”
- Click “Print”, select the location/destination to where you want to save it.
Notes
- Each person must logon to the online platform individually under their own name. If you watch with another person, only the person who is logged on will receive a CE certificate.
- Joining a live session counts as signing in, and leaving those pages counts as signing out.
